No One’s Boutique specializes in curated resale merchandise obtained through various sources, which may include donations, individual sellers, and other inventory sources.
Items may be new with original tags, new without tags, or previously owned, as described in the individual listing. Merchandise is not represented as exclusively newly manufactured retail inventory.
Because resale merchandise is often unique, quantities may be limited and some items may not be restockable.
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate photographs, descriptions, sizing information, and condition details. Customers are responsible for reviewing the information provided before purchasing.
4. CONDITION, CLEANING, AND ODORS
Each item’s care and storage history may differ.
We make reasonable efforts to inspect merchandise and provide appropriate care when feasible. Not every item is washed or laundered before sale. Items sold as new with original tags are not laundered before shipment in order to preserve their tags and condition.
Because merchandise may come from different sources and environments, we cannot guarantee that every item will be entirely free of all odors, fragrances, detergent scents, or storage-related smells.
Known material defects or significant condition issues should be disclosed in the applicable product listing. If you believe an item is damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description, please contact us promptly so the issue can be reviewed.
5. PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND ORDERS
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout. Prices, product availability, and promotions may change without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
